Integration of Pre-event Meal and Voucher Ordering PAAM Add-on

We’ve integratedĀ our Pre-event Meal and Voucher Ordering Add-on into a PAAM Software App.

The Pre-event Meal and Voucher Ordering Add-on is one of our standard Add-ons which allows for staff and volunteers to login to PAAM prior to an event, select the times and days they would like meals, and submit to the event managers.

Meal orders can then be exported from the PAAM System to allow for ordered to be placed with catering providers.

The meal order data is also passed to the PAAM Onsite Software App, meaning when a staff member or volunteer signs in at an event the system notifies the office team that staff member or volunteer has ordered meals and vouchers should be allocated.
