At any time in your event season those handling your event administration can create events, groups and shifts in PAAM. Your event administration is lessened by PAAM allowing for event staff and event volunteers to be assigned quickly and easily before and during an event.

PAAM provides simple and easy to reference visual breakdowns of your event, group and shift statistics. Those dealing with your event administration can quickly check the number of event applications that have been made, event deposit payments received, event staff and event volunteers accepted and more - all displayed so you and your staff can easily see where you are with your events.

Event Recruitment

PAAM can help with event recruitment by streamlining and simplifying your event recruitment process.

Throughout your event recruitment new event applicants can be directed towards PAAM, event applicants can then quickly and easily setup a PAAM account and start applying for events straight away.

As you add new events to PAAM which you need to recruit for; all current PAAM account holders can quickly be contacted by email or text message letting them know they can login and apply for the new events.

PAAM's messaging systems are incredibly versatile and designed specifically to help with event recruitment. Event applicants can be contacted by location, event application status, event payment status, event group and shift status and much more, this allowing for targeted messaging throughout the event recruitment process.

When you need to recruit a specific team PAAM's simple to use event search filters can help speed up the event recruitment process. Event staff and event volunteers can be searched for by location, qualifications, event experience and directly via personal details such as name, email address or PAAM ID number.

If your event applicants are required to pay a deposit for an event the event payment can be processed via PAAM. The PAAM E-Commerce Payment Gateway is simple to setup - defaulting to PayPal although any merchant gateway or payment provider can be used. PAAM can also supply details for event applicants to pay an event deposit via BACS or Cheque.

There will always be some you recruit who you would rather not see at another event; PAAM's blacklist allows you to block event applications from both current users and potential event applicants. Blocking an event applicant stops them being able to apply for new events and removes them from any events previously applied to.

During your event recruitment process; as you promote your event vacancies each year to recruit your staff and volunteers; PAAM can help by showing you which event recruitment methods are best for getting the word out about your events.
