Volunteer event documents such as event volunteer management plans, volunteer briefing packs, volunteer health and safety information, directions for volunteers, maps for volunteers, volunteer shift patterns, train timetables for volunteers and more can be uploaded to an event allowing all the volunteers who have been offered a position at that event to view and download.

Volunteers can be searched for by location, qualifications, volunteer event experience and directly via personal details such as name, email address or PAAM volunteer ID number.
When you get to the event site PAAM Onsite can help you setup quickly and focus on your volunteer management. All of the data you require to get up and running including your volunteer profiles, your volunteer groups and shifts are ready and waiting. PAAM Onsite allows you to get your volunteers checked in, assign and confirm your volunteer's shifts, record your volunteer's attendance, make notes and rate your volunteer's performance. When you're ready PAAM Onsite can then be synchronised with PAAM Online.

Volunteer Recruitment
PAAM can help with event volunteer recruitment by both streamlining and simplifying the volunteer recruitment process.
Throughout the volunteer recruitment process new event volunteers can be directed towards PAAM, event volunteers can then quickly and easily setup an account and start applying for volunteer events straight away.
As new volunteer events are added to PAAM by your volunteer recruitment team - all current PAAM event volunteers can quickly be contacted by email or text message letting them know they can login and apply to volunteer at the new events.
PAAM's messaging systems are incredibly versatile and designed for volunteer recruitment; event volunteers can be contacted by location, volunteer application status, volunteer payment status, event status, volunteer group and shift status and more. This allows for targeted messaging of volunteers throughout the event volunteer recruitment process.
If event volunteers are required to pay a deposit for a volunteer event the volunteer payment can be processed via PAAM. The PAAM E-Commerce Payment Gateway is simple to setup - defaulting to PayPal although any merchant gateway or payment provider can be used. PAAM can also supply details for event volunteers to pay a deposit via BACS or Cheque.
There will always be some event volunteers who you would rather not see volunteer at another event. PAAM's blacklist helps your volunteer recruitment management team by allowing your volunteer recruitment management team to block applications from both current event volunteers and potential event volunteers at any time in the volunteer recruitment process. Blocking an event volunteer stops them being able to apply to volunteer for new events and removes them from volunteer events previously applied to.
