Custom Design
To promote your identity PAAM is highly customisable. You can modify the visual design of PAAM to include your logo, colour scheme, and create custom email templates so everyone you contact knows it is you getting in touch!
PAAM is a modular and scalable software application. If you need an extra section adding to the application form or a specific type of export for your staff and volunteer details, this can be added in!
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Create Events
You can create new events in PAAM quickly and easily by entering an event name, start and end date, event location, staff and volunteer roles, the total number of applicants required and a deposit level if applicable. Your staff and volunteers can then start applying for your new event straight away!
Your event totals including staff and volunteer applications, deposits paid and positions offered can be checked via PAAM’s event overview pages.
Please contact PAAM for further info!

Create Groups & Shifts
Once you have created your events in PAAM you can then create groups within the events to organise your staff and volunteers into teams and shift patterns.
There is no limit to how you can organise your teams and shifts within your events. However you prefer to manage your events - perhaps a few large teams or maybe lots of smaller teams - PAAM can work with you and help to get your staff and volunteers organised quickly and easily in a way which suits you.
As with your events, your group totals including staff and volunteer applications, deposits paid and positions offered can be checked via PAAM’s event overview pages.
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Statistics & Analytics
Statistics are provided throughout the PAAM software application. An ongoing record of applications, deposit payments, staff and volunteers accepted to your events, groups, and any cancellations are stored by PAAM and displayed for easy reference.
Analytics can be provided to allow for in-depth analysis of your applicants, for example:
- How many are accessing PAAM?
- What are users looking for?
- Where are users based?
Please contact PAAM for further info!
- How are people finding PAAM?
- How long users are logged in for?
- Custom client user goals.
E-Commerce & Deposits
If part of your application process requires your applicants to pay a security deposit or bond this can be setup when creating the event in PAAM. When you add the requirement for a deposit to an event the PAAM E-Commerce Payment Gateway is automatically setup allowing for deposits to be taken online.
You can also offer alternative payment methods to your staff and volunteers e.g. BACS or Cheque. All deposit payments are tracked by PAAM allowing for easy reference throughout your event season.
Turning events and deposits on and off is instantaneous. For example you can quickly reopen an event to fill a few spots which have become available due to cancellations.
PAAM integrates with PayPal as default but can work with any merchant gateway or payment provider e.g. if you already work with a merchant provider to accept card payments this can be integrated with PAAM.
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Contact & Recruit
PAAM’s versatile email messaging can help you target your event recruitment and get information out to those you need to. Your staff and volunteers can be contacted by:
- Location
- Application Status
- Payment Status
- Event Status
- Group Status
PAAM’s emailing options are highly customisable; allowing you to send targeted mailings throughout the recruitment, planning and post-event stages.
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Rating, Notes & Blacklisting
During or after your event has taken place you can rate the performance of your staff and volunteers; helping to fill your next events positions with just the right applicants!
You can add further information to your staff and volunteer accounts as member notes. Comments and reminders can easily be added for future reference.
There will always be some staff and volunteers you recruit that you would rather not see at another event; to help with this PAAM includes comprehensive blacklisting functionality. PAAM’s blacklist allows for you to block both current users and potential applicants. Blocking a current user removes them from any events applied for and stops them being able to apply for future events. Blocking a potential applicant stops them being able to apply in the first place e.g. when you setup PAAM you may want to import an existing blacklist.
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Criteria, Qualification &
Location Search
When you need to search for specific applicants for an event PAAM’s Criteria, Qualification and Location Search can help! For example, a search could be made for:
- Qualified First Aider in Scotland
- Experienced Supervisor of Large Teams in London
- SIA License Holders in Wales
- Experienced Litter Pickers in the South West
Searching in PAAM is quick and easy to perform no matter how large your staff and volunteer database becomes!
Please contact PAAM for further info!
Upload & Export
When you need to get information out to your staff and volunteers PAAM can help! You can upload files and documents to your events such as:
- Briefing Packs
- Directions and Maps
- Shift Patterns
- Train Timetables
Your staff and volunteers can then login to PAAM to view and download the information. If you just need to add a small note e.g. a reminder of which car park/gate to head for - you can do this too!
When you need to get information out of PAAM you have lots of options! As standard PAAM is setup to export Excel files containing personal details for PNC and CRB checks, information for ordering staff and volunteer uniforms, plus numerous event and group specific exports. If you need a custom export this can be added in too!

Onsite with PAAM
When you're getting ready for working onsite at your event you setup PAAM Onsite* on a laptop or workstation. PAAM Onsite holds all the data you require from PAAM for your event including your staff and volunteer profiles and any predefined groups and shifts.
As PAAM onsite does not require an internet connection and can be synchronised with the online system before, during and after an event; PAAM Onsite allows your event staff to setup quickly and not be reliant on a potentially intermittent onsite internet connection.
Check In
You can check in your staff and volunteers quickly and if required bring up contact details for those who are yet to arrive at the event.
Assign Teams & Shifts
If you haven’t had a chance to create your teams and shifts before you get to the event site, or need to change something, you can do this with PAAM Onsite. Staff and volunteers can then be assigned throughout your event.
Recording Attendance
PAAM Onsite can help you quickly and easily record number of shifts and hours worked by your staff and volunteers at the event.
Ratings and Notes
You can add ratings and notes to your staff and volunteer profiles with PAAM Onsite - helping to simplify your post-event administration.
Sync PAAM
When you’re ready and have access to a reliable internet connection - you can synchronise PAAM Onsite with PAAM online so everyone involved with your event administration has access to all of the information from your event.
