We've developed a new Medical Statement and Health Status System for a PAAM Web App.
The new Medical Statement and Health Status System we've designed allows for applicants, following the completion of their main application, to complete a separate Medical Statement and Health Status section, here noting any medical and health concerns and uploading certificates as appropriate.
Should any medical and health concerns be logged, the user's application is flagged allowing event administrative, supervisory and managerial teams to manually review the statement and certificates, and if required talk with the applicant prior to their application being accepted.
Once an application containing medical or health concerns has been reviewed and if approved, the outcome of the review is automatically emailed through to the applicant and event administrative, supervisory and managerial staff.
